Andy and sidekick scramble up the ladder for the third, and last time, to set the anchors for the Chamber of Commerce awning. 
and there it is, with the others in the distance. Here's a close-up of the Washington Soup Kitchen's awning, with it's special peak over the door.
Signs will be installed over the awnings, where the bricks have not been cleaned. This area will be painted, and then have the signs centered in that space.
