Hmm - looks like new furring strips for wall surface attachment; looks like old windows are coming out of long-closed-up windows; but looks like the frames themselves may be remaining. Can't figure what the rods are, tho.
A Winner!and the rods are peices of window trim and stops that had to come off to let the sashes out of the frames. The sashes are being repaired and reglazed.
